On the 20th June, Jörgen Held, BEIC visited Dr. Paulius Raplis, Head of laboratory at the Marine Research Institute, Klaipeda University, and introduced him to the D-Twin Baltic seed funding project.

The Volvo Penta engine can be operated in dual fuel mode and the modified engine control unit makes it possible to programme injection timing and amount of injected pilot fuel.
Klaipeda University could be a potential project partner in the application for a regular Interreg project.
